The CHOICE Approach
It's not about following a diet or instant gratification. It's about working hard and making choices to re-vamp your lifestyle for lasting change. The motivation to lose weight, eat healthier, and/or become more physically active is the first step. Most people miss the most important step in changing their lifestyle and inevitably fail.
Reorganizing your day-to-day lives to accommodate habits is essential for success and long-term health. Behavior change is gradual and CHOICE will help you make the necessary changes to be healthy and stay healthy. Body, Mind & Soul kind of change.
